Is there a form of vitamin D that won't give me nausea? I was taking the 3K worth of D that my MD recommended and I started to experience extreme nausea Vitamin D Council

- It appears that low Magnesium happens 10X to 100X more often than excess Calcium (Hypercalcemia)
- Symptoms of low Magnesium can happen in days
- There appears to be additional, as yet unknown. reasons that ~1% of the population have problems with vitamin D
